USB 2.0 flash drive - safely remove error

When I plug in my flash drive on suse 10 - kde, the window popups up and can transfer files fine. When goto my computer, I get:

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
kio_media_mounthelper

umount: /media/TRAVELDRIVE/ is not in the fstab and you not are in root.

please check if disk inserted correctly
---------------------------------------------------

Can someone fix this in the next version of KDE . How do I, for now, fix this?

Someone told me to close the drive window and make sure the drive is not blinking before I remove it. I'v been doing this for a while now. Thanks...
