Weird Internet Keyboard Glitch

Hey all
I'm having trouble getting all the function for my internet keyboard to work. When i say not all i mean the increase volume button does not work and its really annoying. All i did to set it up was use [KDE]'s awesomeness and hit Logitech Cordless Desktop iTouch in the keyboard model box under keyboard layout and was happy until i realized i could only turn the volume of my music down. I tried binding the increase volume in global shortcuts for the button without adding it in xmodmap (just to see if it was recognizing the keystroke) and it saw it fine and even warned me that it was already in use by "Increase Volume". I'm stumped. any suggestions?
