cannot print from Kooka

cannot print from Kooka

I can scan perfectly well using two different scanners (HP 5300C and Epson 1670), but cannot print on either of my two printers (Canon i965 and Epson ST Col 600).

When I try to print, I get a small blue square (Canon) or four crosses in the shape of a small square (Epson) in the centre of the paper. Nothing else!

Help!
