[konqueror] A simple way to name saved web page

When one saves a web page, the default name is often meaningless ("index.htm" and so on...)

It may be usefull (as an option) that the title of the page (and maybe the default filename, the date...) is directly inserted in the file name:

example when one save a thread on kde-forum.org:

default name : "thread.html"
new name : "KDE-Forum.org | Forum name | Post title.htm"
or "KDE-Forum.org | Forum name | Post title (default name).htm"
or "KDE-Forum.org | Forum name | Post title (date).htm"
...
