kde and low res

Problem with kde, I'm running at a resolution of 640 x 480, its a pain, but after trying failing to be able to change my resolution (it goes back) I'm stuck with it. My problem is with configuration boxes, they don't have scroll bars but just go off the bottom of my screen. In Gome its fine because i can pick it up and move it but with kde it wont move upwards to cut the top off the screen. Any workarounds?

RE: kde and low res

You should try to configure your /etc/X11/xorg.conf file to adjust the server to the desired resolution. See if that helps.
