Konqueror font problem when printing html

My home network has two Suse 10.0 boxes, KDE 3.5.1 Level"a" and a printserver box with two printers. When browsing the internet in Konqueror, html pages look similar on the two Suse boxes i.e. same font size, but when printing a page the one Suse box scales down all fonts while the otherSuse box prints the right font size (kprinter and cups printing on the same printer).
The system that prints right font size has a CRT 1280*960 and the system that scales the fonts down has a TFT 1280*1024.
Does someone know what I can do to prevent Konquror from scaling fonts down when printing html pages???
