Konqueror: Can't Set Web Font Size

I have Konqueror 3.3.2 (KDE 3.3.2) installed on Debian Sarge. Under "Settings" "Configure Konqueror" I only have settings to configure it as a File manager. I am missing totally such settings as minimum font size. The header reads "Configure your Konqueror File Browser here".

Googeling also indicated there should be a Konqueror module in Control for configuring Konqueror. I can't find that. Bottom line I'm having to use Ctrl+ every time I open Konqueror. Any help appreciated. I've used Linux for a while but please assume newbie when answering.

Thanks in Advance

RE: Konqueror: Can't Set Web Font Size

I'm new to the forum so apologies if it is considered rude here to bump your own post. I understand sometimes no one has the answer and you get no reply. That's OK. I understand but since it has been six days I thought I'd bring it back to the front page in case someone who knew the answer missed it the first time.

TIA
