Close session picture

Hello everyone !
How can i change the "close session" (logoff) picture of KDE?
I need to know this to make my final project at college.

Replace $KDEDIR/share/apps/ksmserver/pics/shutdownkonq.png

Eventually you can replace the KDM shutdown picture as wll: $KDEDIR/share/apps/kdm/pics/shutdown.png
