Saving all the Desktop Prefernces

Hello All !
I am a newbe, and I am sorry if this is a dumb question. I looked, but couldn't fined an answer.

First, I wonder if I can save the prefernces of the location of the toolbars and all a the buttons I added, so once I save them I can load them on another pc.
