kopete webcam ov518

I have a problem with a ov518+ webcam, terracam usb pro. im using kde 3.5.
in kopete 0.11.50 i get a black window, although webcam is working in xawtv, kdetv, and some other programs. seems like a problem with kopete.

maybe someone knows how to fix this?
