How to get rid of a "hotkey"

Sorry, I'm a pretty dumb user of KDE. Last week, after updating to the latest version of Firefox, I was trying to reset my tray with the new program. Somehow, I hit a key wrong and then hit return before I knew what was going on. I've managed to set a hot key where "Shift+f" switches to Firefox.

This is absolutely frustrating, so that anytime I type an "F" I lose control of my window and am switched to Firefox. I've searched for how to get rid of this setting, but I cannot figure it out.

If someone can give me explicit instructions of how I get access to this mistake and get rid of it, it would be appreciated. I've tried disabling things through kcontrol, but that doesn't help.

Sorry, I still haven't figured out how to solve this problem. If no one here can give me an answer, I'd be happy to be pointed in the direction of someone/place who can. Is there another, more authoritative place to go for English-language questions about KDE?
