Help! Lost Konqeror menus!

I was playing about with Full-Screen Mode, couldn't exit, now I've lost all the menu options at the top - ie Location, settings, etc etc. They're not in any of the toolbar menus, how do I get them back?

OK I've got them back. Is there a web site somewhere that documents all this? The Knoqueror Help is singularly UN-helpful with regard to all this.
