[kopete] REAL custom emoticons for MSN?

Is it possible to create *real* custom emoticons for MSN, in the same fashion that you can create custom emoticons with MSN Messenger? Even if not with Kopete, is it possible with any other client (ie. KMess)? I haven't been able to find any information about this.. every time "custom emoticons" is mentioned, its a reference to being able to load a custom set to replace the standard set, but there's no way to add your own that work with the MSN protocol.

I have read that with aMSN you can create (and send) custom emoticons, but I haven't tried it.
