[Kopete] Two Clients on two machines behind firewall

Hi.

I'm successfully using Kopete (KDE 3.4.3) with my ICQ-Account for some time now.

Now my Girlfriend wants it, too. So I set up her Computer with Kopete and used it to create a new ICQ-Account. Problem is she can't log in completely (K. says it's logged in but doesn't show any online members (like me for example) and if one adds a new friend to the list by searchin the whitebook, only the flower-icon is shown and nothing more.

We're going online through a DSL-Router w/ Firewall. I opened ports 5000-5499 to the first and 5500-5999 to the second machine as the ICQ FAQ said but can't set K. to use any of them...

I hope, I made myself clear enough, some help would be nice.

Thanks,

Torsten.

RE: [Kopete] Two Clients on two machines behind firewall

OK.

I kinda got it sorted out by using current svn and switching to login.icq.com ...

Now k. even can store my contacts at icq.com :-)

Hopefully the fixes go into 3.5
