styles had gone

after updating kde from 3.4.2-5 to 3.4.3-2 my favorite keramik stile had disappeared. I checked, kde artwork is installed. many other widget styles has also disapiared. Only CDE, MS Windows 9x, motif, Platinum and SGI widget styles are left. I tried to change theme but, while applying for example keramik theme, widget style is set to CDE. I wish to return my favorite widget styles! how can I do it????

Depending on the distro you use, there will be some style package updates in your repository that match the kde version you use. Search for them, install and enjoy ;)

If your theme isn't included anymore, have a surf at kde-look.org - chances are you'll find a package for your distro from the maintainers of the theme. If not, you can compile it from the sources, therefore you need the gcc-compiler and kde-header packages installed on your computer. For other dependencies and how to compile it, check out the maintainers documentation.

RE: styles had gone

Did you re-install Qt? Because that causes the disappearance of some styles. Re-install kdelibs then to get them back.
