[Kopete] Where did the ICQ user info go?

I'm running Debian Testing and I upgraded to KDE 3.4 a couple of days ago, so now I'm using Kopete 0.10.3 (Using KDE 3.4.2), but I can't find the ICQ user settings anymore.
I think I was able to change my name, nickname, timezone and stuff like that for ICQ in the previous version of Kopete, but now it seems to be gone. When you right click on the MSN icon and select Properties, you have a tab where you can enter your user info, but ICQ doesn't have that in this Kopete version. It's also not available through Configure -> Accounts -> ICQ -> Modify, so I wonder where it went...
