KDE Logout

I have installed KDE 3.4.2. When I choose logout from the KDE menu, the only option I get is the 'end the current session' option. I cannot see 'reboot' or 'shutdown' options.

How could I get those options in the K menu?

Thanks!

Are these options allowed in the KDM settings and is KDM running?
