Problems compiling KDE

Hi,
I'm currently trying to compile KDE 3.4.3 on my System (Mandrake 10.1 Official with Kernel 2.6.14).
On running the configure script of arts-1.4.3 I get the error:
checking for Qt... configure: error: Qt (>= Qt 3.3 and < 4.0) (headers and libraries) not found. Please check your installation!
So I downloaded libqt3-devel-3.3.3-26mdk.i586.rpm which fails to install because of missing devel(libXrender). I don't know where to get it (libxorg-x11-devel-6.7.0-3mdk.i586.rpm is already installed). Have you any ideas?

EDIT: Ok, I finally managed to install qt-devel (libxorg-devel wasn't installed correctly).
