Default CD Player = xmms?

I am still learning how to configure KDE so this might be the simplest thing in the world:

I want xmms to be the default cd-player for my client.

How can I make it so that when an user clicks on the "PLAY" option of the "Audio CD" icon in the "storage media" applet - they get xmms instead of the "PLAY" application that seems to be the default?
