Launch KIOSK Admin Tool ?

Hello,
How to launch Kiosk admin tool ?
My KDE is 3.4 (debian sid)
rem : "apt-get install kiosk" doesn't get nothing, and I dont' find KIOSK in the KDE menu.

The package name is "kiosktool"
