kde. ftp connection to slow or freeze

sorry about my poor engl.

I try in konqueror url ftp : // username @ ftpserv
Conecction ok.
File transfer (upload) - to slow. Or freeze.

I dont have any trouble in other (gftp or konsole ftp) client.
