[KOPETE] compilation problem

I having a lot of trouble installing kopete.
At first I didn't have the KDE headers. Found them and was able to download them.
Now ./configure has that tcp.h problem: present but cannot compile (config.log is attached).
And when I make afterwards this is what I get

make all-recursive
make[1]: Entering directory `/home/julio/Installfiles/kopete-0.10.3'
make[2]: Entering directory `/home/julio/Installfiles/kopete-0.10.3'
make[2]: Nothing to be done for `all-am'.
make[2]: Leaving directory `/home/julio/Installfiles/kopete-0.10.3'
make[1]: Leaving directory `/home/julio/Installfiles/kopete-0.10.3'

I have already downloaded and installed autoconf 2.59

Thank you very much for your help.
-Julio

RE: [KOPETE] compilation problem

I've noticed I didn't really attach anything in my previous post.
Also I forgot to say I'm running Mandriva Linux 10.2
