[KOPETE] ICQ mesages and contactlist encoding

Hi all,
is there any possibility for changing message text encoding for ICQ contacts in Kopete? I think it was possible in some old versions I've tested but I can't find it in 0.10.2 and 0.10.3. Some of my friends are using CP1250, some of them iso8859-2 and some Unicode.
And what about contact lits encoding? I'm using iso8859-2 in my Gentoo box as system encoding and some ICQ contact names which have non-english letters are shown incorrectly :-(

Thanks for any help.

Regards,
Petr
