clear history

Hi friends,

I am a new user of KDE. I don't know how to clear history. Although there are many posts dealing with this, but don't seem apply to me.

I was told to go to : ~/.kde/share/apps/konqueror/konq_history . But the file link in my computer is: file/etc/kde/kdm, not as referred.

Also I was told to try settings->Configure Konqueror->History. But in my settings there are no History in the left panel.

I would appreciate you can help me.

O.k. I may be out of date here, but on KDE 3.3.2 to clear the web history as well as a number of other items.

1. Open up Control Center
2. On the left expand the "Security & Privacy" category
3. Select the Privacy item
4. Check the items you want to clear
5. Press "Clean Up"

Hope this is what you're looking for.
