How to set Numlock

I'm using KDE 3.4 and am looking for a way to set the numlock key. It seems like there used to be a keyboard configuration under the Control Center -> Peripherals. But I no longer have Keyboard under that, just Display, Joystick, Mouse and Printers. Did I not install something or Is there somewhere else I should be looking?

RE: How to set Numlock

I don't know a lot, but I do know that on my computer, Keyboard still appears under Peripherals. So it looks like a configuration problem.
