KOPETE-background image in ichat chat window

Using kopete 0.10.2(kde 3.4.1-PCLinuxOS).

in the Kopete website at a screen shop page http://kopete.kde.org/screenshots.php
the ichat has a background picture. I have been using ichat chat window for a while now but i cant seem to be able to add?? the background picture.

is this something that will be included in the future realeases or am i missing something?
