konqueror error

Hi everyone...every time I try to open a site with konqueror I get the following error:

Ocorreu um erro ao carregar o http://www.sapo.pt:
Não foi possível iniciar o processo Não foi possível criar um 'ioslave':
O klauncher disse: Erro ao carregar o 'kio_http'. ,...

which means...

"there were an error while opening www.sapo.pt
It was not possible start the task. It was not possible to create an 'ioslave'
The klaucher said: " error while loading 'kio_http'

This error appears since i upgraded kde 3.3 to kde 3.4.1. I installed all SuSe rpms (9.2). I've already tried do install the kde-libs with the source but the error still appear...
