problem: kedit instead konqueror

i have a problem with KDE in Mandrake 10.1 .

I've broken something in the desktop: when I make double click in the launchers of the CD's or mounted partitions instead of starting konqueror (for browsing the folder's tree) it starts kedit and i can't see inside the folders.

Can anyone help me?

Problem with desktop

I've broken something: When I click the launchers for Cd's and mounted partitions instead of starting konqueror for file browsing it starts kedit. I can't see the content of this devices.

check the file association (control center -> KDE components -> file associations) for MIME type inode/directory
