how can i suppress the right click?

Hi !!

i m using Suse 9.2 pro whit kde 3.3.0 and i want to disable the mouse right click for some users.
i m searching in the /opt/kde3/ directory, but i found nothing...

Does someone have an idea?

in fact, i have to suppress all application for some users and specific one for other users.

Sounds like a use case for Kiosk.
