few pixels for panel margin please

I love the KDE desktop, to myself it is much better than the kludgy and loud XP desktop.

One small request though to add the final finishing touches to as close to perfection as a desktop could get, some distance between the panel and edge of the screen and maximised windows, which I believe is known as a margin around an element in CSS terms. At the moment the panel aligns right up against the edge of the monitor screen and likewise any maximised window; I think though esthetics wise it could under some arrangements look slightly more pleasing with a few pixels between screen edge / panel / window frames so the option would be great.

Thx again to those it is due for KDE,
