connection by a cellular phone

My ACER Aspire 1691 has an internal winmodem by Connexnat!

Now it works under Linux Mandrake 10.2 :)

My question is: how can I configure the system to work with a cellular phone (Siemens S55) connected to the laaptop by a USB port?
