xrandr (krandrtray) rotation problem

Hello

I've got a brand new LCD screen with PIVOT feature. If I rotate the screen using xrandr -o left or using "orientation - Left" from the KDE system tray menu (krandrtray), the screen rotates, but the X (width) and Y (height) axes don't swap. So if I maximize any window, I don't see its right side (after rotating the LCD screen) and the bottom side is empty - see the attached screenshot.

If I executed xrandr -o left in the Openbox it has worked as expected. Is it a bug or a misconfiguration? Please help me to solve this issue. Thanks in advance.

PS: KDE 3.4.1 (from debian packages at http://pkg-kde.alioth.debian.org/kde-3.4.1/)
