Mandriva dependancy hell...

Hi all...

I am so frustrated...

Mandriva limited edition 2005 seems to be total 'cripple ware'...

The download version was 'missing'(?) Kdevelop and I need that.

I go to grab the latest 'Mandrake' RPM off a 'Cooker' FTP....

No good...missing libs...get libK(something develop, and develop-develop)...mdk...still missing libs...

I can't win...there is no way to install it...

I can't win with Mandriva...there's never RPM's to be had...

I can't win with Kdevelop...who knows what files are in what RPM's? or even what RPM's one needs...

Even KDE is a disaster...do I need an obscure K(something)-devel RPM that I
missed....

The whole thing is out of control and I was thinking far worse language than I wrote here...

Is there the "one big fatEVERYTHING KDE.RPM" that with put stuff where it needs to be?

what can I do? I'm f*+&%d....
