kcontroll kcmshell mouse crashes system

Hi there,

I'm running Suse 9.3 and I got a problem with the kcontrol center. Everytime I try to load the mouse module my hole system freezes. The same happens if I run kcmshell mouse. I am running kde 3.4.1 level "a". My System is an IPC MagicNote (laptop) with kernel 2.6.11.4-21.7. I just want to change the mouse behavior from one to double click. Anybody got an idea what the problem might be? If you need any additional information posted please let me know. Maybe you can tell me which config-file is used for the mouse module. Please forgive my english skills. I do have a synaptic touchpad and an usb-mouse. I also tried to disconnect the usb-mouse, same problem.

Thanks,
Jens
