Execute File? - konqueror

I have a question about executable files included in html pages or other programs...
When I try to run a executable file, kde ask me if I really want to execute it... Execute File? - Konqueror...
If I use konqueror as filemanager there is no question, but if I run like webbrowser it always ask me... If I include a link like this: settings:/ ... it opens settings kioslave without any question, but when I try like this, settings:/looknfell/background, it ask me... :(
I saw some distros that I can run konqueror as webbrowser without any question... but I coulnd'n find any way to do that...
Someone can help me??
