How can I compile Kxdocker plugins?

How can I compile KXdocker plugins?
I really like kxdocker (better than kooldock and ksmoothdocker) but i can't compile the plugins GAclock Gmount GMail etc..
they need to export kde dir and qt dir in this way
export KDEDIR=
export QTDIR=
but where is the correctly qt and kde directories?
I've tried /usr/share/kde /usr/share/kde3 /usr/share/qt3 /usr/include/kde3 /usr/include/qt3 /usr/lib/kde3 /usr/lib/qt3 but the answer is always the same ERRORS by gpluginsdk
.
help me please!!!

Which distribution do you use?

Maybe you are missing the -devel packages for Qt and KDE
