gear in 3.2 splash screen

i am looking for a seperate image of the whole gear in the 3.2 splash screen. the splash has only part of the gear and is over a blue background.

does anyone know where i might find it?

alternatively, can anyone could direct me as to how i might go about creating it, and which software to use?

any help would be very much appreciated
