kdevelop drops icons on tool bar

kdevelop drops icons on tool bar

Does anyone know how to fix kdevelop so it does not drop the icons in the tool bar when you switch between source files? When I activate the development enviornment all the appropriate Icons are in place in the tool bar. Once I switch to another source using the tab control the icons in the tool bar change by deleting some of the icons. This is annoying and I would really like to know how to fix the error.
