How to make thumbnail size according to icon size?

Hi there,

i use medium sized icons in Konqueror (32x32 IIRC). But if there are pictures in a folder the shown thumbnails are usually always larger than the icon size.

As a result these large thumbnails uglify a bit the homogenous look of all the 32x32 icons. So how can one make KDE/Konqueror to create thumbnails of a smaller size? Thanx! BTW, KDE 3.3.2
