Automatic creation of icons

Good day
I'm not sure this's the right one to be asking this.
I have some smb shares that are mounted at login time, and I'd like to automatic create icons for those shares in the Desktop at boot time.
Can someone help me out?

Tks.

RE: Automatic creation of icons

Copy the URL of the share in Konqueror. For example: smp://username@somecomputer.xxxx.com. Right click on the desktop, and select Create new > Link to location. In the dialog box that appears, in the second line (URL) paste the location. In the first line, give the link a descriptive name. Click OK. You will have an icon that resembles a monitor with multi-colored squares. You can now right-click on the icon, select properties, then the button with the picture of the icon, and change the icon.
