Tutorial about creating own themes?

Hello,
im searching now since 2 days for a good usable tutorial or documentation about how to create own themes. But i havent found one :(

I want to redo my fluxbox theme (http://www.doomzone.de/bilder/fluxbox.png) for KDE 3.3, i want it to look exactly like that. Btw, works a KDE 3.3 theme in 3.4? If not, i want to know the differences and make some versions of my theme.

I just want some links to good tutorials or a good explanation where to start. Thank you!
