New problem during ./configure

During the kdevelop installation, while i maka ./configure i obtain the error "checking for KDE... configure: error:
in the prefix, you've chosen, are no KDE headers installed. This will fail.
So, check this please and use another prefix!"
I've not the kde headers file installed, where i can find them? Does exist a p0ackage for mandrake llinux?
thanks....

Are you installing KDevelop from source or is this a program build inside KDevelop?

In the first case I suggest you install the kdevelop package of your distribution

In any case, the KDE headers are usually in a package called kdelibs-dev or kdelibs-devel

Hello!I've got a problem: I use ubuntu, and when I try to install k3b, I read this message

checking if Qt needs -ljpeg... no

and after this:

in the prefix, you've chosen, are no KDE headers installed

I try to find -ljpeg, but I don't know where I can do this...

Could you help me???

Thanks a lot!! :) :)
