RSS feed of new posts

I've searched the forum and took a look at the homepage, but I didn't find it : A RSS feed of new posts to this forum. Is one available ? Or what would one have to do to help to get one ?

phpBB RSS

There would be an mod for the forum:

http://www.phpbb.com/phpBB/viewtopic.php?t=144548
http://www.phpbb.de/rss.php

But I dont think that someone needs an RSS because the KDE-Forum.org News are not interested and the latest posts are very diffrent. Creating a RSS for every forum ... I dont know if the server would like it.

So I dont know: Is RSS a must-have?

I would really appreciate having this feature - to give an example of a situation where it is useful :

When I watch a topic and get a mail because someone has posted a reply then I visit this topic. Yet, even though I visit the forum to check this single topic I would have to check all new posts, even if I do not have the time to do it - because otherwise the new topics up to that visit will be lost when I come back later and check new posts then. But with an RSS feed one never looses track of new posts.

So if it is not too much work please implement it - I would even help to do it in case there is something I can do...

Like already said, if RSS is implemented, it would have to be for every forum here, and the overhead seems like it would be quite large . However, I could be wrong because I don't know all the technical details about RSS. But still, if you get an e-mail notifying you of a new post, isn't there a link to that thread? I'm sure you could at least go through a thread to find a post. After all, most of the help threads aren't that long here, only the discussion ones are.
