Mandrake 9.2 and screensavers

Hello!
I've just updated my Mandrake 9.1 to a 9.2 and in the update, i lost all my screensavers : i mean, when i go to the Screensavers section of Kcontrol, there aren't any screensaver.
But the problem is only for 1 account, on the 3 other accounts I have, the screensavers are still available.
Can you help me?

Screeensavers

Check the paths for kde
open the control center and then go to System administration and then to paths
check each user account to make sure that the pathing in the same
you could also use $PATH in a bash prompt to get the current pathing. I dont remeber where the x screensavers are in mandrake so i couldent tell you what should be in the path to get it to work but i would wite down the path for a user that the savers work correctly and then go to the one that they dont and check and make sure they match (of course omiting the pathing for the home directory)
Or you could just create another user account and import over all the files or map the new account's home direcotry to the old home diretory)
of course do the normal stuff to help you with this
read man pages
read info pages
check online for similar issues (google is your friend)
There is no greater futility then running windows ME.

No Screen Saver

The reason there is no screen saver is mandrake 9.2 is there was an error in the Kdelib. what you need to do is download the update file from one of the websights. Also I had to go into the hidden directories and delete the .kde directory after install and then log back on. Screensavers should be there then. I tried doing it without deleting the .kde directory but still didnt have the screen savers back. :P

Hope this works for you.
