New Kicker Menu

Hi,
I want to create a new Kicker menu (like the K-Menu) with all my favorite applications in it. Can someone give me a hint? I can't find any suitable entry in Kicker -> Add (or wherever).
I'm using SuSE 9.1 with KDE 3.2.3.

Thanks for your advice.

You can create a new directory in the menu editor (right-click the "K" and select "menu editor" or just run kmenuedit on the command line). There you can copy any already existing entries you want and you can also create your own.

Save it and the directory will be available in kicker's context menu under
add -> programs
(or some such)

The only drawback I can see with this solution is that your new menu will also show up in the K menu itself. Dunno if there is a way to hide it.

Ah, yes. Thanks for your reply.
I thought, it is much easier.
