kdevelop for Windows

Anychacen anyone knows of a unoffcial version of Kdevelop for Windows XP?

I cant actuialy install Linux at school and id rather not use a KDE Livecd(id probally loose it).

Using something like Cgywin would work, but would probally slow things, something closer to native would be great.

I do not think that the KDE on WIn32 project is that far away. Not sure if the Cygwin/X-Window version has it either.(Sorry, I have not an address at hand.)
