What's going on with appsy (apps.kde.com)?

From two weeks ago till today, I've tried to visit http://apps.kde.com, but I couldn't because it's down.

Looking its domain I got this

What's going on with appsy? Its domain seems to be missing. Maybe I need to try with other domain?
