Guests?

I think there shouldn't be the possibility to post as a Guest. I find it very irritating. What if no one knows anymore who posted this and that?
What do you think?

Re: Guests?

And I think it shouldn't be allowed to attach [such big] signature pictures like you use. :-)

I agree on both...

I agree on both issues. People sometimes forget to log in and answer some post as a guest... Rather than themselve. And I don't like that big picture on you signature...

i dont really mind about the whole anonimity issue, as we are discussing issues to do with KDE and linux, not about ourselves or having personal discussions.

Big sig's are not the best, but big avatars are the worst.

We also must take into account those on dialup connection, and a site which is graphically intesive may drive potential members away from these forums

I just registrered, but I don't think I'll frequent this site.

I'd love to be able to post without registering first, it would make it
easier to get started here. I know that it can be troublesome because
of some childish posters, but do you think they would go to the KDE
forum to create a ruckus? ...I don't.

But I don't like the crazy big signatures, they have gotten too much
attention as of late. It's the invision-boards fault.
