Theme Manager?

Where in the world is the Theme Manager for 3.2. Did I forget a port or something. Please let me know if anyone knows how to do this?

It was removed in KDE 3.2. There will be a new one in the next version, development version at http://developer.kde.org/~lukas/kthememanager/
