Bug, problem ? Styles do not appear

Hello,

I just compiled KDE 3.1 ; I had some problems to install it after but it seems to work well now. There is a little problem : in the style box, I just have the Qt default styles, and no other ; and when I download another theme (with style included), and install it, it doesn't appear in the list.

What can be that problem ?

Thank you,
Danke,
Gracias,
Merci.

Hi,

Quoted

Did you install the artswork package? But you should have at least the keramik style hmm :?:

Just a question: Are you using RH 8?

No, I use Mandrake 9.0.

But no Keramik does appear. And when I install a new theme, he do not appear.

Danke für deine Antwort ;-)

Hi,
I just found this: http://mosfet.org/liquid.html
Read about the Distribution specific notes.
Perhaps it does not only affect the Kontrolcenter modules...
Aren't there any rpm's available?

I means I can't personnalize my styles ?

But why are there some Qt default styles and not the Keramik default style, which was installed in the good directory...
